This incredible dress for by Christopher John Rogers for Target was hands down one of my favorite pieces. Admittedly I bought SEVERAL of the pieces from the line but when I saw this neon number it had to be mine! I love shopping the different collaborations Target has done as they are featuring different designers giving a different level of accessibility.
